By accessing or using the Kaushal Music School website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
Use the platform solely for personal educational purposes
Not attempt to reproduce, distribute, or share course materials
Treat teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect

3. Course Enrolment & Payments

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Payments are processed securely via PhonePe
Self-paced course purchases grant lifetime access to the enrolled course only
Monthly coaching fees are due in advance and non-refundable once the billing cycle begins

4. Refund Policy

For self-paced online courses: we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed fewer than 3 lessons. To request a refund, email us at kaushalmusicschool@gmail.com with your order details.

For live coaching sessions: sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with adequate notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, PDFs, sheet music, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Kaushal Music School or its instructors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behaviour, or misuse the platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued for remaining course access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kaushal Music School provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
